Layer Cake Shiraz

This is our absolute favorite wine that we both enjoy and drink all the time!

French Dips

These were absolutely amazing!

I cannot remember the exact recipe I used, but it was pretty much this and it was REALLY easy.

You need: rolls, whatever cheese you want (we used Swiss), tenderloin (or whatever beef you want), beef broth, onion, garlic, salt, pepper

Thinly slice the onions and beef. Cook the beef all the way through. Then add the onions and beef broth.

Brown the rolls and melt the cheese in the oven or broiler. Add the beef and onion mixture and use the leftover broth either on top or on the side.

Circa Pinot Grigio

Another Michigan wine. This one was okay, nothing spectacular.

Sausage and Roasted Potatoes

Cooked up some sausages from Sam's, diced up red potatoes, tossed in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

4 cooked chicken breasts + box of rice + water + can of peas + shredded cheese = dinner and lunch the next day

Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes

Cupcake mix from a box + coconut = Happy Husband

Strawberry Wine

Made me wish I had enjoyed it when I originally bought it over the summer!
