Whitefish and Veggies

I broiled the whitefish in the oven, and mixed up a sauce with sour cream, salt, pepper and dill.

Spaghetti (again) and Roasted Potatoes

This time I added zucchini to my spaghetti sauce and grilled the potatoes in the oven. Such a easy meal to make and always tastes great.

Spaghetti and Asparagus

I added carrots to the spaghetti sauce since I sometimes need to "trick" my husband into eating more veggies. I also used ground turkey for my meat. Grilled asparagus in the oven.
