Pork Roast Florentine and Potatoes

Another find at Trader Joe's, this was AMAZING! I chopped up some red potatoes, used some olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and baked in the oven about 25 mins.

Spinach and Artichoke Cold Dip

I made this by combining a powder packet from Alden Mill House (aldenmillhouse.com) with some cream cheese and sour cream. I was doubtful but it was really good.

Ciccone Pinot Grigio

This wine is from Madonna's dad's winery up north. It was okay, nothing spectacular.
